Members of Rolling Thunder NY3  were instrumental in working with Carnival Cruise Lines to delay their sailing on 9/11/2011 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM to allow all those on board to pay their respects as we passed the site of the WTC at 7:12 there was a moment of silence and a time to reflect on the day that has changed our lives forever. A ceremony was held the following day with Captain Vincenzo Alcaras and Carnival Cruise lines where we presented a RTNY3 Challenge Coin and Plaque. The coin and plaque will remain on display on board the Miracle located in the Trophy Case for all to see.
