A Message From Ron
DC & Salute To Veterans Ride 2008 and Community Involvement

Hello Everyone,

I would like to thank the entire membership of Rolling Thunder Chapter 3 New York for the outstanding job that was done, not only at our Nations Capitol in May for the XXI Annual Rolling Thunder Memorial Day Weekend Demonstration, sales wise, our best yet!  OR our 9th Annual Salute to Veterans Ride & Expo, a tremendous success! OR the Meadow Hill Elementary School's 3rd Annual Veterans Appreciation Day, always a special day! OR  The Chester Academy, where we were able to interact with the students and teach them about what a veteran really is and what the POW/MIA issues pertain to, NO, NOT just the events listed, BUT  for every time the chapter or a member does anything to make a difference in the lives of the men and women troops and veterans that we serve. You certainly do make a difference, and it is well known amongst the citizens of  the Hudson Valley and New York State.

Our chapter can be very proud of its accomplishments, keeping the public informed and educated as to the issues affecting our men and women in uniform and ensuring that our veterans from all wars receive the care and benefits they earned while wearing the uniform of our Nations Military.

Rolling Thunder Chapter 3 New York has the reputation of doing what needs to be done and doing it right!  Be proud of what you have done and the lives you have touched, be proud to wear the Eagle and Rocker, symbols of your dedication and be proud to belong to an organization that realizes the sacrifices that so many have made for the freedoms that we enjoy every day.

 Safe Ride,  Ron
